This notice sets out the information collected about you through the use of the Artmusic website and any other electronic communications networks by Artmusic

First and second names and email addresses are added to our MailChimp lists form where we send out occasional newsletters.  This data is stored on MailChimp until such time as a recipient of the newsletter unsubscribes from the list.

We will collect postal addresses in order to dispatch sales items advertised on our website. We do not retain postal addresses after the sales item has been dispatched, unless we are requested to do so. Payments may be made by cheque, BACS or via PayPal.  We will never retain any financial information acquired through sales activity.

We may collect other data (email address, telephone number) from anyone who is participating in an Artmusic or Helen Ottaway project or event.  This data will not be retained after the completion of the project, unless the individual requests it.

Information is collected through personal contact, at events through a physical sign-up form or at any time via the MailChimp sign up form.  A link to the sign-up form can be found on this website.

We collect personal information in order to circulate information and news about Artmusic and Helen Ottaway’s activities and events and to communicate with participants and collaborators in such activities and events.

  1. Storage and Access of personal data

Personal data collected  in relation to specific projects, sales and events is stored securely at Artmusic’s office and can only be accessed by Artmusic partners. As described in section 1. above, this information is not retained longer than necessary.

All information you provide to us that is stored via a third party (e.g. Mailchimp, will be subject to the Privacy Policy of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Artmusic will not share personal data with any other third party organisation or individual.

The cookies collect information such as the number of visitors to the site, which pages they visited and whereabouts they came to the site from. This information is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

During your visits to the Artmusic website you may be delivered cookies by third-party websites. When you visit a page with content embedded from, for example, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Flickr, you may be presented with cookies from these websites. Our website may contain links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this privacy notice.
